Our World War I and II ancestors

My favorite person in my life was my Slovakian grandfather that moved to America alone, without my grandma, dad and oldest aunt.  He fought in World War One, against the United States, because he was forced too! He lost his only sibling, twin brother, within days of the end of that war. He moved to America, worked for Ford Motor Co. in Dearborn, MI and saved money to buy a farm in mid-Michigan and move his family to America.  My grandparents had 3 more children in America.  I remember sitting on my grandpas lap (I was his oldest granddaughter) and him telling me stories about government corruption and I look back and realize that he was  talking about Viet Nam and not just the Soviet Union. ( We lost a family member and close-family neighbor in Viet Nam)  He moved to America for religious and personal freedom  and to have an honest government.  Even though I was raised Catholic, more on the flip.....,
my family and neighbors respected their differences. I never knew political, religious, sexual or racial discrimination growing up. (Racial conflict was with our country back then but I never knew until I went to college) Our ancestors knew to mind their own business.  I want Bushco and their corporations investigated for stealing our tax-payer money that was ear-marked for infrastructure repair in Iraq/Afghanistan. Our soldiers and the Iraq/Afghani people deserve the corruption to be investigated and tried in court. Sometimes, I feel it will take a foreign government to charge our administration with War Crimes before we actually do it.  Where is the honor and integrity that our grandparents/parents possessed?  Bushco has divided our country/world on every issue and they need to be removed from office.  We need to prove to the world that we are a country of peace and democracy!  My grandpa would be heartbroken to see his great-grandson, my son, a Staff Sgt in Afghanistan, suffering the same government corruption that he suffered on the side of the AXIS in World War One.
