WIPO Broadcast Rights Treaty Preparation Meeting Tomorrow

Although the broadcast rights expansion appears to be dead, there has been some recent concern that it may be revived Consumer Project on Technology

The Copyright Office will be holding a meeting tomorrow to discuss the issue ( Federal Register via the Copyright Office ), and hopefully the bad language won't get proposed for inclusion in the Broadcast Rights Treaty again.
