BREAKING: Gunman at Johnson Space Center (Update: It's Over)

Folks, breaking news from Texas, which we are covering here at TexasKaos.
I'll be brief with the details: It's a white male, and he's barricaded himself inside building 44 of Johnson Space Center. Early speculation from the Houston Chronicle indicated he may be a contract employee at JSC.

FINAL UPDATE: Due to the fact I'm not near a TV, I'm going to pass this off to anna from TexasKos who has a nice diary going that's picking up the story.
UPDATED AGAIN: More comments from enough already below pointing out that only Building 44 is under lockdown. Apparently the gunman is holding someone hostage inside. No contact from the gunman yet.

This is breaking news from CNN. Apparently shots have been reported fired at NASA's Johnson Space Center in Houston, TX. No word yet on who did it, why, or if there are any injuries. However, a NASA spokesman was quoted as follows:
There is "extremely tight security" at Johnson Space Center, said Hartfield. "A person would [have] to have some sort of I.D. and security card [to enter],"
