Edwards gaining ground in New Hampshire

More pre-pre-pre-primary polls.  For those of you who don't like this sort of thing, feel free to move along.

From the CNN ticker:

The CNN/WMUR presidential primary poll, conducted by the University of New Hampshire, found that Clinton was the choice of 27 percent of likely Democratic voters in the Granite State, down from 35 percent in the same poll in February. Meanwhile, Edwards, who was the choice of just 16 percent in February, saw his support jump to 21 percent, vaulting him past Sen. Barack Obama into second place.

Please recommend. This is a serious question, one that isn't being asked enough.

Hurricane Katrina struck land early on the morning of Monday, August 9th. Multiple levees failed later that morning, and the bulk of New Orleans began to flood. Unevacuated residents sought shelter in the Superdome and the Convention Center.

Throughout Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, the chain of command remained unclear. A recurring theme is emerging: "posse comitatus" stories of troops, supplies and transportation available and standing by, but unable to be deployed without orders.
